Hey guys! My name is Gillian Mathews. I am a fourth year medical student who is passion about physiatry, helping others in their medical journey & wellness in medicine.

I started this blog because there’s so much I wish I knew before I started my medical journey and I want to pass down the knowledge I’ve acquired during my pre-med journey.

The road to getting into medicine is hard but if I can at least make it a bit easier for you… this blog would be completely worth it.

There are so many people that are gonna tell you that you can’t get into medical school or to give up. I’m here to tell you that you can do it and I want to help.

You don’t have to be the perfect to get to become a doctor. All you need is passion, discipline, and the right mentor.
